We are currently enrolling for our free upcoming 8-week Mindfulness Course, running on Thursdays from 1-2:30pm at our Stress Project Centre.
This will be from the 18th September till the 6th November with 8 sessions covering Mindfulness practices that will teach you to replace negative thought patterns with positive ones and reduce stress and anxiety. Mindfulness has been clinically proven to improve sleep and reduce feelings of anxiety, stress, and depression.
