Bat Talk and Walk

Did you know that a quarter of all mammals are bats?

Join the Bat Conservation Trust to discover why they think these flying mammals are brilliant and how we can all contribute to their conservation.

Weather permitting we will then head out into Gillespie Park in search of Islington’s local bats.

Everyone is welcome – booking essential.

Please bring a torch and wear sensible shoes/outerwear for the weather and walking in the park after dark.

Islington Ecology Centre is wheelchair accessible and has two gender neutral toilets, both wheelchair friendly. The bat walk itself can also be wheelchair accessible.

Please let us know if you have any accessibility needs, learning support needs or neurodiversity needs so we can ensure the event works well for everyone.
