Salary: £32,671 full-time, plus 5% pension contribution

We’re on the hunt for a Community Grower to join our award-winning, community-led Urban Growing team based in the vibrant heart of Islington. This is more than a job—it’s where our plant passion meets people power. Together, we’re pioneering sustainable, closed-loop horticulture in one of the London’s most dynamic urban environments.

Here’s what you’ll be diving into:

• Be the catalyst in developing and delivering a thriving Community Plant Nursery as a hub of sustainable, hands-on learning.

• Inspire and empower residents across diverse communities to get growing—whether they’re seasoned gardeners or fresh-faced beginners.

• Collaborate with brilliant minds, passionate volunteers, and creative partners to turn green dreams into reality, rain or shine, all year long.

• Connect the dots between our Nursery and two emerging Nature Anchor sites, growing a web of innovation and inclusion.
