Targeting Support Through Better Connections

As part of our series of workshops (the most recent in October 2024) focusing on the work of the HOYD partner network together with other Islington organisations and networks, HOYD & Bright Lives are pleased to invite you to the next workshop (4 of 5) facilitated by the Institute for Voluntary Action Research (IVAR).

Our shared ambition is to better utilise the network for the Islington community targeting support where it is most needed and using our collective expertise and experience to move people away from crisis to wellbeing.

To remind us, there are 3 themes that have been agreed so far to support prevention and early intervention approaches and harness our skills and resources and lead to better wellbeing outcomes for residents.

Promotion of all our services – to help residents get to the right one at the right time

Clearer pathways within the network to wellbeing and strengths-based offers

Easier access to mental wellbeing support for those using any of our services
