Session Outline: An introduction to working with young women and girls affected by criminal exploitation and county lines. Facilitated by Lucia from Abianda, the Gender Consultant on the Rescue and Response Project will be discussing some of the ways in which girls and young women are affected by criminal exploitation across County Lines. Themes will include the varied experiences of criminally exploited young women, the complexities of the victim- perpetrator dichotomy, the ‘invisibility’ of criminally exploited young women and girls, and embedding trauma informed practice.
