Sleep and Anxiety Workshop With the Recovery College

Islington Ecology Centre, 191 Drayton Park, N5 1PH

Tuesday 30 September, 9.45am - 11.30am

Are you one of the many people who experience difficulties sleeping?

A few sleepless nights are usually nothing to worry about, but it can become an issue if a lack of sleep starts to affect your daily life.

If you find it hard to fall asleep, lie awake at night or wake up several times in the night, or wake up too early, you might be interested in booking a place on our Sleep Anxiety Workshop hosted by the Recovery College.

- How sleep and insomnia can affect us day to day
- Links between our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and behaviours
- Tips to help you fall asleep and stay asleep
- Ways to improve your sleep quality
