Girls and Young Women Local Groups Fund and Market Engagement webinar

Girls and Young Women Local Groups Fund and Market Engagement webinar 27 Nov

The Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) are launching the Girls and Young Women Local Groups Fund - a new initiative designed to improve support for girls and young women in London affected by gangs, violence, and exploitation. The Fund will be delivered by Social Finance in partnership with local specialist organisations Abianda and Agenda Alliance.

The Fund will support local organisations to deliver group work for girls and young women (up to age 25) who live in London and are affected by gangs, violence and exploitation. The Fund aims to strengthen the sector and enhance contemporary understanding of girls and young women’s experiences by building a network of local groups that provide safe spaces for connection and peer support.

Alongside funding to deliver group work, this unique grant opportunity also includes structured development activities to support grantees, build a network of providers, and supports girls and young women to co-produce recommendations for improving the sector.

The Fund will open for applications in Jan 2026.

Organisations that may be interested in applying to the fund are invited to an online Market Engagement Webinar on Thurs 27 Nov 2025, 11am-12pm.

For more information and to register your interest in the webinar, visit the website. Feel free to share with your networks - more guidance and application details will be added as they become available.
