This session led by Moussa Amine Sylla will look at the importance of conversation and how we can help organisations and groups facilitate conversations to harness the collective wisdom and experiences of people on issues that affect them and that they are passionate about.

Moussa will draw on the work he has been doing with Spaces to Think and Hammersmith and Fulham Council to show how he supported these organisations to host group conversations.

He will touch on how to design and host such conversations that can draw out the collective experiences of people leading to better and deeper relationships between people and a shared commitment to work towards a common objective.
