🗓 Saturday 14th September
⏰ 12:00 - 17:00, drop in!
📍 Cubitt Gallery (8 Angel Mews, N1 9HH)
Come and join us at the community view of Ah, Sugar, Marlene Smith’s new exhibition at Cubitt Gallery ✨
This exhibition explores family, memories, and the stories our everyday objects can tell. Marlene uses textiles from her family and with these imprints into sculptures made of sugar. The sculptures are accompanied by a series of photographs and portraits by her friend and collaborator Ajamu.
This is a drop-in space - you’re welcome to see the show and stay for as little or as long as you’d like!
Join us to explore a new series of works, spend time with others, and enjoy a warm and welcoming space - with lunch provided. Everyone is welcome! 👋❤️
